Lucy is a fancy pigeon that was found with an illegible note attached to a string on her leg. She cannot be released, as her breeder would very likely kill her because she has been missing for so long. Lucy is living in a steel cage at VCA Wakefield Animal Hospital, but she's anxious to move into a coupe and fly with some friends.
