My name is Orchard, age 2 and I have been very fruitful as I had 2 litters named after apples. I was playing hard to catch but PAWS persevered. They finally caught me before Thanksgiving. However I was pregnant again! My babies are gone and I am ready to find my own forever home. I am still very very shy I am warming up and enjoying affection from my foster caretakers. I need to build trust in my forever home, but patience, more patience and time will pay off. I can't tell PAWS how long I was outdoors but I am definitely happy to be in and safe now. At my foster home, I'm most comfortable hanging out in a quiet space out of the limelight during the day but then cautiously come around in the evening for some dinner, a little TV and some scrubbing and purring. I'm tempted to chase balls, but still too shy to show my foster family how I can play. I'd rather chill out and roll around on my catnip pillow. My ideal home would be quiet, adult only with a mellow buddy cat to help with my confidence. Do you have the time and patience to help me come out of my shell? If so, please apply.
