Ryloth is one of a group of cats surrendered to PAWS from a house that had too many cats.  They are called the “Worlds of Star Wars" cats since they are named after planets in the Star Wars universe.  Ryloth is a sweet, friendly, curious girl who loves petting and head scratches.  She is a bit cautious at first around new people but when she warms up to you, she will nuzzle your hand for petting and lick you for attention.  She is learning to be a lap cat and will jump on your lap when you are on the computer or watching television. In particular, she likes to be under things so a covered bed for her to relax in is good but any blanket on the floor will do as she wiggles her way under it!   At night, you will find her under the blanket at the foot of the bed.  She likes to play with her sister, Jedha, and the other cats in her foster home. Unlike the reputation of tortie cats, she does not have “tortitude”. She is not aggressive or destructive but is curious and will explore and sniff everything until she is satisfied!  She is bonded with her sister, Jedha, and after running around with her and playing with their toys, they like to curl up together and groom each other before falling asleep cuddling.  Ryloth’s ideal home is one with her sister and lots of toys.  And even better would include someone who will play with her and pet her.  Because she is still a bit skittish, a quiet home is best with people who will give her time and patience to warm up to them. What can be better than a home with two sweet torties to keep you company through the long winter nights!
