My name is Jakku and I'm a curious, friendly, talkative young man but a little shy.  I am part of a group of cats surrendered to PAWS from a house that had too many cats so I get along very well with other cats.  My foster calls us the "Worlds of Star Wars" cats since we are  named after planets in the Star Wars universe.  But I'm no Wookie --just a young guy who loves to play with the laser light and chase balls across the floor. I'm shy around people but with patience I will trust you and let you pet me.  I am not a lap cat but will sit near you once I am comfortable around you.  I must have a buddy cat and can be adopted with my brother, Kessel, since we get along so well.  But really any young cat who will play with me will do. I do need a patient and kind human to help me get over my shyness.  And then I'll be the best cat you've ever had.....promise!
