My name is Caccini and I’m named after a 17th century composer and music teacher.  One of her works is considered the oldest opera written by a woman.  So I’m pretty proud of my name.  But, in fact, I’m just a humble girl-- a little more reserved than my siblings. I’m gentle and affectionate and I  love being petted and held though you will have to come get me. I don’t trust easily. My favorite thing is looking out the windows at the trees and birds, but I definitely don’t want to go back to living outside.  I love my warm bed, regular meals, lots of toys, and my foster mom’s lap. I like other cats so must have a buddy cat in my new home.  I do take time to warm up to people, so I’ll need a patient adopter with experience with shy cats.  And when you do win my heart, like my music teacher namesake, I’ll teach you a lot about kitty love.
